"The room looked clean-until I looked behind the bedside table for a plug and saw trash that hadn’t been cleaned up. The “comforter” on the bed is as thin as the sheet. The breakfast buffet was fine. The single treadmill in the gym was broken. The cleaning products they use smell so strongly that it almost feels less clean. "
