The office center was no help, because we needed to print something and they were out of ink. The ice machine on 1st floor was broken. Free breakfast was not bad, but you had to get there early."

"I like that the website offered...lots of amenities and things to do...but when we got there EVERYTHING was terrible...toilet overflowed..clogged up didn't flush...the air conditioner went down..NO AIR...we ordered a screened in porch..didn't get one even there were ones right across the pool..which is what i thought i ordered instead stuck us in back with a nice expensive golf cart rental we needed to purchase to get around...especially to the toiletsfor our family of 7!!!...7...anyways the store was close...no game...even the t.v didn't work...there is more and i think im entitled a full refund "
