Free food doesn't mean good food. No fresh fruit and everything else highly processed, prepackaged frozen "food." The pool seemed to need cleaning for quite some time. The water was clear enough, but there was dirt and sediment on the bottom along the entire length of the pool. The well worn luggage carts have been there for decades and need to be replaced. They're an eyesore as well. They need to take care and be more proactive in snow removal. They cleared the parking lot well enough, but did not clear the sidewalk at the entrance and around the carport. This made walking hazardous.

Desk in room needed repair, about to fall over. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Long hairs in bathtub. I have short hair, husband is bald. No cups to make coffee in. Free breakfast was minimal. No juice, yogurt, fruit. Pancakes were good.

The room was nice but we couldn't watch any TV we could only find 4 channels and the TV kept cutting out freezing then it would go black and say currently unavailable. Then in the bathroom I took a shower and got some water on the floor went to while up the floor with a towel and the amount of dirt I wiped up was bad. But the beds were really comfortable, we slept good.

The room was missing a smoke detector, the hall was missing a fire extinguisher, the towels and bedding were stained, plus the window was broken. The tv doesn’t not get many channels but the channels it does get, have no sound. The floor in the room was so dirty it turned our feet black. The “breakfast” is extremely below average. Staff was unfriendly and rude when we asked for clean towels. Also note: blood stains on the hallway carpet. Won’t be staying here again.

The only thing I liked was that the staff was friendly, and helped when someone couldn't reach me, although the problem arose because my room phone was apparently malfunctioning. The place smelled funny, trash was piled up, didn't get room cleaning and linen service consistently. Carpets were stained but cleanliness in the room was okay. Shower didn't drain properly and flying insects came up through the drain. Fellow guests were drinking beer in common areas and parking lot after working field labor, I didn't feel exactly unsafe but I was wary. Under no circumstances would I stay here again. I would be leery of staying at another Days Inn, and in fact was left with a negative perception of Wyndam. I feel like I am being generous in giving a two star overall rating.

Was there on a yearly trip for family reunion. Walking in lobby looks nice. There is a bucket in middle of the walk way in lobby to catch water from some where. The lady that checked us in was confused on our reservation. I told her my name a details of our booking. I optided to pay at the site. This was huge mistake. I was quoted online at 379. When I got there I was charged around 437 dollars. The hallway to the rooms smell absolutely horrible. To the point we wanted to throw up. Room as ok as far as clean. Tv remote wouldn’t work. Was told they would fix it never did. Had 2 towels for 4 people and had to ask 3 times for more towels. Also paid extra for pool side room and pool was shut down. Constant hammering and other tools. Breakfast was a muffin that’s it. Was told a hot breakfast. All an all it was a horrible stay. Only think nice was the new bathroom also no plugs in bathroom for hair tools. A the bed was comfortable. The mattress are very stained also.
