「One of the worst experiences of a holiday inn. The staff here can give two cents about any issues you may have. They didn’t have our room ready until 6pm. Then the chef for breakfast never showed up so there was no breakfast. One of the main reasons why we stayed here!!! We even complained and they don’t seem to care one bit. Then our room was beyond dirty, we found blood stains on our sheets!! They legit did not even clean the room. Wow what a nightmare.」

「The place is beautiful! Right on Lake Michigan with the best sunsets Iv ever seen. Although the pool was great and shuffleboard was cool the WiFi didn’t work at all and I couldnt get any service on my phone. Normally I wouldn’t complain but there also wasn’t a tv. So there was nothing for my ten year old son and I could do after dark. I don’t think anyone checked in on us to ask how our stay was going or if we needed anything. It made us feel a little out of place. The photos were wrong as well,...

「This facility was clean with good features. Not a whole lot but everything is clearly laid out on their page. The air conditioner was great and TV was good. Beds were nice and the space was clean. We always enjoy our stay and have been here multiple times.」
