"The bathroom door got stuck and wont close or open as soon as I entered the room. Had to call maintenance to get it fixed, even after that the door wouldn't close properly and my kid had a hard time closing it for the reminder of the vacation. Definitely not a 4 star hotel with the amenities, there is no exhaust in the bath and the pipes are flimsy, the towel holder broke, not enough lighting in the room, checked another room and there was an extra tall table lamp which wasn't there for whatever reason in my room. Positives were the housekeeping and maintenance were prompt with their services and cleaning was done daily. Apart from that, lots of areas for improvement and isnt worth the cost. "

"hands down the best hotel on clearwater beach. convenient location in walking distance to the pier, shops & local dives. beach chairs and umbrellas included in your stay makes it easy to enjoy the beach without any fuss. always treated like royalty here!"

"we had an amazing experience, such a gem! the property was really well maintained & the staff was incredibly kind. it was the perfect beach getaway! photos don’t do it justice. only thing I would critique was the beds could have been comfier, but it wouldn’t prevent me from coming back for the price we paid. "It’s a very nice property. I got partial ocean view room- it was great inside. To sit on the balcony was very noisy bc on that side of the building they had other hotels huge ac units that hummed all the time. I was hoping for a relaxing option. So spent more time on the beach in the cabana . "

"Love the spacious room. Clean and comfortable and great having microwave and larger refrigerator in the room. The balcony overlooking part of the marina was amazing as we got to see dolphins playing. I was very disappointed there were no snack or vending machines available though. Wanted late night snack but nothing available. "

"Expensive but best property on Clearwater beach. Walk to the pier, restaurants & shops. Heated pool & steps to the beach with poolside service & great food. "
