"This hotel is relatively close to two (2) metro stations (each is at 8-10 min walking) and about 15-18 min walking to Tokyo Tower. The venue is really well-maintain, the amenities are nice (especially the spa). The staff are professionnal and willing to help at any time. The room was cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was functional and full of useful stuff. Recommanded for anyone who look for a nice and affordable hotel!"

"Beware of the hill leading up to the entrance from Shinagawa station - it's not like SF hill, but, if you have luggage, understand that there is a walk, which your map app will show you and that much of that is an incline. (I saw quite a few other tourists trudging up the hill huffing and puffing wondering where the entrance was. The hotel has a beautiful buffet breakfast (and 2 other restaurant choices) so opt into the Breakfast included option. The property is clean, the lobby is spacious and gorgeous, there is a very convenient 7/11 in B1, but the rooms are dated. I'd stay there again if the price was right, but I'm knocking a star for the rooms feeling dated and the hill. Hopefully, if you are aware of it, it won't be a problem."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and very well maintained, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, professional, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. After long days exploring Tokyo, it was so nice to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay at Tokyu Stay again on our next trip to Japan."

"We used this hotel as our Tokyo “home” while visiting Japan. As a family of 4, we booked the interconnected two rooms (1 double room and 1 room with 2 twins). It was a fantastic set up. The double room was tight, but not unexpected for Tokyo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took 2 side trips outside of Tokyo. Since we returned to the hotel after each, we were able to keep our bigger luggage at the hotel, allowing us to take our smaller carry-ons for our couple-day trips. We books out rooms with breakfast included. The breakfasts were nice and it was a great and easy way to start us on our daily adventures. We would happily stay here again. Great location near the Tamachi train station. Helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Very nice room set-up for our family. Thanks for a nice stay!"
