"Main tower where we stayed is older but immaculate. Rooms could use some modernizing. Bed was not super comfortable but useable. Was in a great location, across street from metro, and had a thousand amenities from restaurants, 7-11, and a bowling alley on site. Self service coin laundry was enormous and immaculate. Never tried buffet for breakfast as line was 30 mins+ every day. Rate was really good. Would stay again - no hesitation. "

"We had club lounge access and they didn’t have Coke Zero which is the only drink I drink apart from water. At breakfast there is no bread and no toast. As it is used by a lot of international travellers it wouldn’t be hard to supply these things. As a 5* it should definitely have a smart tv in the room, we had the choice of 7 Japanese channels. Could not get our Netflix account. It advertises as having a pool but you have to pay extra for that. Room was nice, clean with a nice bathroom. Fitted bed sheets need upgrading as rough and cheap feeling. "

"Property was much older than some pf the other Mitsui garden hotels ive stayed in. Staff were very hospitable but definitely lower quality stay compared to other Mitsui hotels."

"Proximity to Shinagawa train station is the primary reason for staying here. There is a direct train to Haneda airport within walking distance and it's only 330 yen. It's also one of the stations to catch the Shinkansen. Rooms are small. If you have a larger roller bag, there's no where to leave it open without it getting in your way. Traveling with disabilities or as a senior? My bathroom had a big step up to get into it and the shower/tub short, but deep. My parents did not shower out of fear of tripping/falling getting into/out of the tub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Imabari towels. The two beds option makes it a very small space for two American-sized adults. Breakfast is great, the earlier you eat. They ran out of eggs before 8:30 am. "
