"I can't say our stay wasn't without issues as there were unfortunately several, however the reason I'm still giving 5 stars is because of the staff. Camilla on reception and every other member of staff went above and beyond to rectify the problems we experienced and for that reason alone I am giving the Vienna Plaza 5 stars. They are without doubt the best people I have ever dealt with in a hotel and are a credit to Hilton. I personally can't thank them enoug for making our stay a good one. "

Reception staff friendly & helpful, comfy beds, fridge in the room a bonus & lots of good cafes, bars, restaurants & shops nearby. Good location to explore 7th district yet within easy walking distance to museum quarter (15 -20 mins) & main town 25-30 mins ( Inner Stadt) Would stay again! "

"Propery is amazing. Panoramic view of Vienna. It does not get any better. Indoor sauna. Attractions are a few stops away. Neighborhood is not as safe as i prefer with young kids. Fine for adults. Owner is very accommodating. We had to arrive late due to serious train delays. He was willing to wait for us."

"Reception was a little tricky to find. Room was small but worked, location was excellent. Bus 13a framed you from main train station to hotel at the end of the line. Tram was right outside the front door to get you to the center. So location was excellent.,"
