「The Snug is a cute property, ideal for singles or couples who want to be near the Latin quarter. It's in a great location for what Galway has to offer. The staff were friendly and always helpful. We had an issue with one room and they were happy to move us without any fuss.」

「The location is ideal to take the 9:00 am bus to Rossaveel then a ferry to the Aran Islands. The train station to Dublin is a walking distance, too. The hotel is safe for solo travelers. I used the room card to open two doors before I reached my room. Strong fire safe doors are also noticeable. The lobby has plenty of lounging areas with phone chargers and a game room.」

「The hotel was located off the beaten path. The vibe was grey and depressing. The room was as basic as a motel 8 . In addition it was cold and the pillows were flat. The staff lacked friendliness. We decided to stay one night instead of four for these very reasons. The only thing it had of a 4 star hotel was the price. Would not recommend to anyone.」

「the room was so small you couldn't use the toilet and keep the door closed. Def. do not do a snug room with two people. Also there is no safe for locking passports or anything and the cleaning staff came only 1 time in the 4 days we stayed. 「We really enjoyed our stay at Woodquay Townhouse in Galway. It was very clean, updated and cozy. The staffless checkin went very smoothly. We were given clear concise directions prior to arrival on how to get into the property and then once inside we were able to follow the touchscreen directions on how to get our key.
