Very nice stay staff are very welcoming very friendly, helpfuland really appreciated the complimentary drinks voucher. Would definitely recommend, Not too far a walk to Eyre Square either.

Room is clean but housekeeping is a bit lax. It is in an older building and so we had a little bit of a plumbing problem. The staff was helpful to find solution quickly. Room is spacious and hotel is next to the train station and a short walk (10-15) to the center - very convenient. Love the view from the dinning room and the pub and lobby are great place to chill while we wait for our train.

The staff were amazing, I even had an issue with the heat being out in my room the first night and they immediately resolved the issue. I can not speak highly enough about this hotel and Galway. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Good room, after getting moved from the original very noisy (mechanical systems) room they first fobbed off on us. Breakfasts were top notch. Parking in the on-site garage was easy enough, though it sometimes took time waiting at the front desk to have the tickets validated. Very easy in/out otherwise, without any city traffic to contend with. On-site dining (other than breakfasts) left a lot to be desired. Noisy and cold, and the food was just okay. Another hotel on the next block over really sets the bar much higher by comparison. Elevators were quirky, with the floor buttons not staying illuminated once in motion, but they did work. Might stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super convenient to the train, bus station and downtown. The restaurant was good and the decor was clean and modern. The only thing that would be better is if the pool was open later. Unfortunately, since it closed early in the evening, we never got to use it to unwind at night. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The main thing I liked about this hotel was its proximity to Eyre square, numerous pubs, and attractions. The only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was weak

Very nice property on water Clean large rooms Comfortable king size bed Has all the amenities Access to well equipped gym with hot tub , and large pool There is a so but we didn’t use it Good restaurant on site Didn’t have breakfast as too expensive Very close to train station and bus stations with a two minute walk which is very convenient Walking distance to Italian quarter and shopping Bathrooms are good but toilets and tub are outdated and would be nice if the hotel upgraded the washroooms Overall we enjoyed our stay

Spacious, clean room with air conditioning in a convenient location. Had a beautiful view of the water. Ice machines & filtered water filling stations next to the elevators, though the ice machine on my floor wasn't working so I had to go one floor down. Small refrigerator in the room. Paid parking available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
