EXCELLENT hotel in the heart of town, walkable to all attractions and next to many pubs, restaurants and shops!!! The property is very nice and the front desk staff is amazing, everyone is very friendly, professional and accommodating, they make you feel very welcome!!! Front desk people like Silvia, Julia and Nikki make you feel very special!!! Also hotel staff like Fernanda (very nice, professional and attentive) makes all the difference!!! This hotel was right in the heart of activity. Very walkable with many restaurants and pubs near by. I have stayed at a Leonardo Hotel in the past and do like this hotel chain. Definitely, stay at these hotels in the future.

The hotel is in an excellent location, which makes access to the entire downtown area easily accessible on foot. Many dining options, pubs, and shopping were minutes from the front door. The staff was polite, honestly caring, and extremely helpful. I would stay there again!

Very convenient property-well maintained and perfect for our Galway trip. We did not have a car and the location was so convenient. Breakfast was not free, but a great option especially if purchased the day prior for a lesser fee. The pub/restaurant offered a great selection as well. The staff was so nice and accommodating.

Lovely hotel that’s right next to Latin quarter. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel gave a list of restaurant's and activities. We went to a small restaurant called Finnagans the hotel recommended by hotel. It was amazing homemade authentic Irish food. I love Galway. Beautiful city.
