All round great accommodation. Room was clean, the staff were responsive and it had everything we needed. Check-in was at another venue which was well communicated however parking was really difficult. Once checked-in we had a carpark allocated which was very easy.

Really nice apartment with floor to ceiling windows in living room/kitchen area. Nice view, clean and has washer/dryer. Easily accessible to downtown Galway. Wish we had more time to stay longer.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. Panoramic views of the City, easy walkability to all the sights, secure parking and responsive staff. 10/10 would recommend and plan on coming back!

Well located and could have been very nice. However, check in was complicated and a lot of basics (facial tissue, paper towels in the kitchen, salt & pepper) were missing. Other things like towels and pillows were minimal.

The location was amazing. Easy, short walk to Latin Quarter. Excellent living space and kitchen. Bedrooms could use new carpeting and blackout blinds. The key pick up/drop off and parking was a bit of a hassle. Overall we were happy with our stay

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent location. The staff of the front desk, the restaurant and the bar were very courteous and friendly. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and they had snacks and beverages (for extra charge) available in the apartment, which is very convenient when you are traveling with kids. The only suggestion would be to have better instructions as to how to lock the doors. But once we figure it out, we did not had any inconvenience. Very good place to book, particularly if you are traveling with kids.
