This place is in a great location with lots to do around you. The room had everything we needed and the shower had great water pressure. We didn't hear the noise from the street at all. The receptionist was very friendly and check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Conveniently located. Helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Snug is the best description of the room size. It had everything I needed. It was loud at night, but that is the atmosphere of the area. I loved it day and night. If you don’t like the noise, pick another part of the city to stay.

Tiny rooms but that was part of the charm. Perfectly located for walks down to the water, shopping, near to the train station and amazing food within steps. Couldn't have asked for a better spot in Galway. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We found the hotel very quiet though we had room facing away from the street. Showers were HOT, perfect after a day beach combing. No elevator but the stairs were safe, plan accordingly if you have limitations or ask the staff for help if your bag is too heavy for you. We would stay here again when we return!

Pros: great location, right in the center of the action, clean hotel, staffed 24 hours with friendly staff. Superior room had ample space but the second person needs to climb over the first person to get in/out of bed. Cons: heavy bar crowd noise at night till 2:30 AM! I’ve never arrived in a room before and found earplugs provided by the hotel. We were in the Superior room on the third floor. There is no elevator and the route to the room requires following signs as it is winding.

The rooms were "Snug" as advertised but still enough space for what we needed. The biggest inconvenience was that there is no elevator, so if you are on a top floor you are carrying your luggage up. We made do. The location is right in the middle of all of the nightlife so it may be a bit loud at night when you are trying to sleep. We were so tired that it didn't make a difference! We liked being close to all the shops and pubs. There is also a parking structure just down the street if you are travel with your own vehicle. Overall, a very good place to stay.
