「Near the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Had a great time there!」

「Was in an excellent location - supermarkets and cafes nearby. Clean with massive and comfy bed」

「great that above of a kmart, woolworths and restaurants. room is 5 star 」

「Breakfast is not good but the location is good for shopping」

「There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. Overall the hotel is new and beautiful, the staff also welcomed us with a a bottle of wine and dessert for our honeymoon celebration.」

「very friendly and helpful staff clean, comfortable and cozy room highly recommend must be my choice for future trip 」

I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,...

「位置方便，地方寧靜舒適；可惜沒有提供洗衫設備，只提供幹洗服務」

「The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.」

「1) easy to go 2) no elevators (Prefer book grand floor) 」
