We have stayed a number of times previously. Everything is always clean, car parking is easy, the gym is well equipped. We have always found the rooms to be quiet for sleeping and the washer and dryer are very useful for us. This is one of our go to properties in Melbourne and remains one of our first choices.

My wife and I stayed for a week and really enjoyed the apartment, cafe, gym, and easy access to lots of parks and conveniences! We found the on-site cafe and IGA very convenient; and I was impressed with the gym.

Loved our stay here! Very clean, safe and a great location. Access to pool was a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals and being located across from an IGA was super helpful. Staff was very nice and courteous as well! Would highly recommend and will stay again if we are in the area.

Have been staying regularly at these apartments for the past 5 years. Would love to see a mattress topper on the beds and a blanket available in the room. Only disappointment this trip was finding they now charge for parking.

It’s isolated in between 2 villages; Sandringham and Black Rock, the closer being Sandringham but it’s not a walk. This location struck us as good for people visiting friends and/or family close by. Not so much for tourists.

Great location. Convenient, clean, modern, close to everything you need. Well equipped - the washing machine and dryer was great. The staff on front desk and cleaning were excellent. The room could use a full length mirror. Unfortunately there was a dog barking for extended periods.

Modern apartment. Can'wait to stay again!

I don't know how long this property has been open. The whole building looks and feels brand new. It was a little tricky getting in on the weekend as there was no reception but after reading the email the onstructions were quite clear. Code to enter the building, another code to open the safe for the pass cards and we were on our way. The one bedroom apartment was amazing. Well laid out with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The apartment felt like we were the first to use it. It smelled crisp and clean. I didn't see a single scratch or smudge anywhere. The bed was huge and comfortable. We only stayed one night but it would be no problem to stay a week or two. The dishwasher, washer and dryer would make it easy. Secure underground parking was a plus. The place was also very quiet. There is a pool and gym but I didn't have time to check them out. I'll be back in Melbourne in 2 weeks and will try to stay here again. Am curious to see the two bedroom apartment's.

Has everything you need in a property. Really enjoyed our stay here. Felt like a home away from home. There were some stains on the furnishings but I don’t think it was as a result of being unclean. It was a little strange but no air conditioning in the rooms. There was centralised air in the lounge room that filters through to the rooms but if you’re looking for privacy when you sleep then this might be a deal breaker. You might not mind if it isn’t too cold or hot outside and aircon isn’t needed. Over all the apartment made me consider apartment living. Area is nice and safe. We did have a car which made it easy to get around. We had an allocated parking spot with our name on it for our entire stay, which made it easy. Parking is very secure and requires keycard access. It’s not close to city but we did enjoy being a short car ride from Brighton Bath sheds and the kids loved the MOPA museum which is just walking distance. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved our time here. Very clean. Generous size. Very convenient as has IGA mini supermarket and restaurant/cafe open downstairs. We will definitely stay again. We also would like to thank the beautiful cleaning staff who were so kind, thoughtful and cheerful.

Stayed in 2BR terrace apartment for 1 week. Immaculate presentation on arrival. Not a great outlook to Bay Road and a little noisy however very comfortable accommodation with great beds/quality bedding. Could do with a Nespresso (or similar) coffee machine supplied. Main bathroom fan ran continuously.....somewhat annoying.
