A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori
Great staff members and hotel is very clean. Wish there are more amenities such as gym, kids room and more private onsens. Love the stay and view, located in a great accessible location to the cable car and bus station. Lots of parking lot spots too.
