This was my first ryokan visit so take what I say with a grain of salt. First, the staff was very accommodating and nice. Their English was limited but they went out of their way to make sure we were welcome including coming to our room to show us how to set up our futon. Dinner was amazing with so many items. Here again, the staff took their time to show us the items. The room was also very nice and authentic - the floor was covered by tatami mats and we slept on futons which were very comfortable.

担当のお姉さんがとても親切にご説明してくれ、小さい子供がいるためか、お風呂からも食堂からもフロントからも近いお部屋を案内していただき、とても快適な旅となりました。お料理もたくさん食べきれないほどでてきて最高でした。温泉も優しいお湯で何回も入浴しました。

良いホテルでした！

古いホテルですがとても気の利くスタッフさんと美味しい食事に満足しました。 残念な部分を挙げるとすれば部屋の前に共同トイレが有りドアの開けしめの音が夜中までひっきりなしにうるさく何度も起きたこと、エアコンの吸気口がホコリで塞がっていた事くらいですかね？ 上記を踏まえ星を付けさせて頂きました🙏

自然が近いので虫嫌いな私はお部屋に虫がいることも覚悟の上での宿泊でしたが、私の宿泊したお部屋の中で虫を見かけたことは1度もなく、部屋のみならず御手洗もとても清潔で、安心して過ごせました。朝食もとても美味しかったです、ありがとうございました。

食事が美味しかった

古い建物のようですが、全般に掃除も行き届いていて気になるところは無かったです。部屋に入った瞬間のタバコ臭が無ければ快適なステイでした。口コミで、館内に喫煙所が設けられているとあったので、禁煙とは書かれてないけれど、部屋は禁煙なんだろうなと思い込んで予約してしまいました。タバコ臭が強烈でなければリピ有りです。禁煙ルームも用意していただけると有難いです。食事は朝食しか付けていませんが、食べきるのに大変な量で、美味しかったです。特に里芋ゴロゴロの汁物が、なんとなく嬉しかった。利用したのはトイレ付の部屋でしたが、共同トイレ・洗面所はとてもキレイでした。無料で貸切風呂（源泉掛け流し）があるのも嬉しいサービスです。お庭も素敵です。帰りは駅まで送迎バスを利用させていただきました。

湯河原大好き

古い旅館だが清潔にしている。浴室の汚れや滑りもない。過剰なサービスはないがそこはプライベートが保てる。食事はとても良い。喫煙所が数箇所あるため、喫煙者には嬉しい。リーズナブルでこの時期、この値段は信じられない。 ラウンジのコーヒーサーバーが壊れていたが、この値段事ゃ文句は言えない。また利用させていただきます！
