「The Japanese restaurant is very good. The Hotel is very quiet and upscale. Most of the staff can speak English and are helpful when dealing with my issue on airline seat assignment.」

「Very small rooms suitable only for a single occupancy. Other than that, excellent value for money and location within a 10 minute walk to Umeda main station and the numerous shopping malls and restaurants. There's a free hot bath on 4/F, and other facilities (paying for guests) such as gym, swimming pool」

「Excellent service, great location. The best choice in Osaka.」

「very near the USJ you can visit USJ very easy. and go back quickly」
