"Clean rooms extremely helpful and friendly staff. The Bell captains were excellent with arranging transportation. The 711 in the basement is open 24 hours. Breakfast buffet is good, probably overpriced, but aren’t they all? And all those Japanese toilets, they speak for themselves Wholeheartedly recommend this property."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect, and I will 100% be staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo. The room was equipped with so many thoughtful amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. They had clearly considered everything a traveller might need. If you take the time to read through the hotel's reviews, I am sure every review mentions the all the great amenities offered. Daily housekeeping was also available, which was a wonderful bonus. The facilities throughout the hotel were equally impressive. Having access to a 24/7 ice machine was such a nice touch and something I really appreciated during my stay. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I had an extremely early check-out at 3:30am and was worried I might have to wait for assistance. However, as soon as I rang the bell, a staff member appeared almost instantly to help me. That level of attentiveness was truly impressive. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is conveniently situated between two train stations, making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo. It's also only about a 20-minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku, while still allowing you to enjoy a quieter area to rest. I couldn't fault this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"Great value for the price. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still within easy walking distance of convenience stores, a subway station, and several attractions, including the government building. The room isn’t particularly large, but it’s laid out well and gets the job done. One thing I appreciated was the space under the bed for storing luggage, which helped keep the room from feeling too cramped. The bathroom is definitely on the small side, but it’s perfectly functional for showering and getting ready. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and overall the hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay without unnecessary extras. If you’re looking for a convenient, affordable place in a good location, this is a solid choice."

"Mimaru Apartment Hotel Shinjuku West offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, making it a strong choice for families, groups, and travelers seeking apartment-style accommodations in Shinjuku. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive, responsive, and eager to help. Whether answering questions about local attractions or providing detailed recommendations on the best bus and rail routes to our destinations, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and local knowledge that enhanced our overall experience. The location is another significant advantage as it is safe and, relatively, quiet area. Shinjuku Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city and beyond via rail or bus. Daily conveniences are also readily available, with both a Lawson and a 7-Eleven located immediately next to the property. There's also a great Onigiri shop just down the street. As an apartment-style hotel, Mimaru follows a unique housekeeping schedule that differs from traditional hotels. Guests should be aware that cleaning services are performed on an alternating A/B-day schedule, meaning certain tasks—such as bed making—are completed every other day rather than daily. However, the hotel clearly explains this system during check-in, helping to set appropriate expectations. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend the hotel to other travelers."
