「Great location just steps to all the big sights. Excellent views from the rooftop patio. Rooms are small, but nice and clean. Staff was amazing. Every single team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel manager went out of her way to check in with us throughout our stay and at our departure. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel. 」

The only thing with this hotel is that it books out the restaurant to big tourist groups and the hotel guests are left without any tables. Same goes for the terrace bar - it was booked out for private events and closed to hotel guests. 「Its location was good and room was very clean. We got a little push back when we asked for another toilet paper, but it was resolved. Had to advance order for breakfast so we missed our window .Good directions to grand bazaar but wasn't told their were many tea shops 4 blocks away? so that info would have been helpful.Hotel on a busy street , so a little noisy but close the windows.We weren't told that when you turn off the lights ,electricity in the room turns off. So you can't charge phones...
