I sent a message to the hotel thru Expedia to request for one parking lot 3 days before check-in. My message was being totally ignored. They never said yes or no to my message. When i checked in the hotel staff claimed that they didn’t know anything about the message. Terrible experience. If the message function is not working, why don’t you guys just remove it?
