良くも悪くも東横イン 全国的に安定したサービスです。家族４人で利用させていただきました。駅から近く飲食店も豊富で良い。 家族は喜んでいるが朝食がおにぎりになったのが個人的には残念。 お茶碗でご飯を食べたいので戻してほしい。仕方のないことだが、近くに歓楽街があるので夜間客引きがホテルの目の前に4,5人うろついている。

スタッフも丁寧だし、無料の朝食も美味しかったです。 周りにお店も豊富なので特に困ることはありませんでした。 ただ部屋のほこりがダメだったのか、アレルギー反応が出て睡眠不足になりました。 くしゃみや鼻水だけで、かゆくはなかったので恐らくほこりです。 ある程度は仕方ないところもあると思いますが、もう少し清潔にして欲しいと思いました。 あとは部屋のティッシュが数枚しか入ってなかったです。(替えはありましたが)

初めてエクスペディアから予約しました。 子連れでも格安でありがたかったです。 エクスペディアとの連携がうまく取れてないのかホテル側にこどもの登録が入っておらず泊まれるのか心配になりましたが料金も変わらずで問題なかったです。 駅前なのでご飯も買い物もすぐできて便利でしたが夜のお店が目の前に広がってるのでこどもに申し訳なかったです…。 でもホテルは部屋も綺麗で他の部屋の声も聞こえず快適でした。 朝はフロント前のテーブルでおにぎりやパン・スープが並べられていて好きな物を食べれました！ 唐揚げ・たらこ・ウィンナー・野沢菜・鮭など具沢山な物から塩・ごまなどシンプルな物まで種類豊富でどれも美味しかったです。 他の東横インでもおにぎりのサービスがあるならまた泊まりたいと思います！ お世話になりました。
