"The check in process was unorganized in that we received our key but no map and had to try to find the right building to get in and then called the front desk to get a map because no one was manning the desk. We eventually found the workout room pool and our room. A bit disappointing. But the property is beautiful and our room very nice. "

"We had a one night stopover here as part of a two week road trip. Very spacious room, efficient check in, easy to park. Free shuttle into CB town was great as there were bars, eateries, shops in main town. Parking is a little overpriced at this hotel, particularly as it is off ski season but we knew in advance so it wasnt a shock."
