「The only thing I did not like was the pillows. They do not have regular pillows. They have decorative pillows. Small square ones.」

「We booked a room with two queen beds, but after traveling all day from Arizona, we arrived only to be told the hotel had overbooked and that our reservation could not be honored. Instead, we were given a room with one king bed. There were two of us traveling together as friends, so we specifically booked two queen beds because we each wanted our own bed. The front desk told us our only options were to stay in the king room for the first night and hope a two-queen room became available the next...

「We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure.」

「We thought the room came with free breakfast so that stunned us since they didnt tell me we had to pay for it while I was asking about it. I had alot of difficulty trying to add 1 nite to our stay and they wouldnt let me have it at the same price I had booked for. They added $160 to the price I paid so we didnt add the extra nite.」

「The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties.」

「The staff at check-in were very helpful answering questions about the area. The room was very clean and the location was great. Easy in and out going out the back with all the traffic.」

「Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. 「We arrived. The lady who checked us in, she was super friendly, professional and nice. She accomodated us in everyway. The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet. The room, even the new room we were assigned smelled musty. Terribly musty. The outside door on the end of the building wouldnt close properly. Anyone could come and go. Also one of my kids ended up...
