「The condo was amazing, they thought of everything as far as beach gear, games, etc. The only issue we had was the thermostat kept going up to 79 degrees. You had to get up every 2 hours to lower it back down. Other then that we will definitely use this property again!」

「The balcony’s are huge and very private, the views are incredible! This condo was fantastic, I would recommend replacing the throw rugs. The floor could have been a little cleaner, our white socks were black on the bottom. 」

「We love that this property is very close to Pier Park and that is fairly quiet this time of year. The owner was very attentive and sent very informative messages offering local suggestions. Also, it was nice to receive the kindly worded email thanking us for our stay at the end and check out reminders. Highly recommend!」

「Only issue we found were the resort bracelets they require you to wear on property are difficult to remove if tightened too much. And a hassle to take on and off. Would have preferreed a rubber bracelet option or something easier to remove. Also the pool bar is not open long and would be a big draw to some if it was more utilized. Overall the condo was wonderful, clean and comfy. Would definitely book here again.」

「Condo was nice, and great location. That's where it ends. Tub in master bath was VERY slow to drain so taking showers ended up being a bath. Washing machine hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time so it was moldy and smelled gross to the point we didn't want to do any laundry there, even though this was a selling point on this condo.
