"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House. It's only been open for a few months but I loved it. The main staff were so hospitable towards me. It really made me enjoy my first time solo tripping to Destin. I am definitely coming back."

Chateau Beachfront Hotel, A By The Sea Resort

"The ac unit leaked in the floor the whole time. The bathroom door didn’t shut because it had a lot of water damage on the bottom. The seal around the bottom of the toilet was nonexistent so every time you sat down your heart sank thinking you were about to tip the toilet over. Although my room came with a stove so we could cook, dinnerware was limited. There weren’t any bowls in the room so we ate from the coffee mugs they provided us. Also no spoons or cooking utensils. All of this could cheaply be purchased at the store. I just feel like it should be provided but that could just be me. The room definitely needed finished updating but it’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I actually think I’ll stay at this hotel again when I come back."
