「房間的海景如官方照片一樣, 能俯瞰舊幫城區與金角灣的風光，有得很大的枱面空間和有晾掛方衣服的地方，衣服能曬太陽。洗手間的門有些難關；整潔度尚可,沒有異味；床鋪的皮料摸起來舒服, 但略嫌打掃得不夠乾淨，找到兩粒疑似蟲蟲的東東, 噴了殺蟎噴霧後沒發現更多。從電車站去酒店的路有些難行，走的時候用了酒店的租車服務, 建議使用酒店的租車服務，車輛準時寬敞舒適, 只用了40分鐘就能到達機場」

「I had a very pleasant stay at PeraPort Hotel. The hotel has a great location, close to the metro and many attractions, which makes it very convenient for exploring Istanbul.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended.」

「Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time . 」

「It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. 」

「Was not given the room I paid for. Limited amenities. Breakfast lacked variety. Had to pay if I wanted an omelette or a cappuccino. The staff were polite. Good location to explore the city. 」

「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「Very nice hotel in a perfect location. It does say the rooms are soundproofed but the call to prayer each morning being played outside is very loud and will wake you up early. But a minor point. Overall a very good stay and I would happily stay here again, and recommend to others visiting Istanbul.」
