"Great communications prior to trip. Luggage store prior to and after checkout. Sonia is amazing - so very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. Room was just what we needed - beds very comfortable (better than my own at home), everything spotlessly clean. Sufficient kitchen equipment for what we needed. Sonia even gave us a lesson on the induction hob as we have never used one before. Would not hesitate to return. Lovely trip. "

"In the heart of Porto, just a short easy 6 minute walk from Sao Bento train station this gem of an aparthotel has everything you need. Upon check in you get helpful info on the close supermarket and all the sights. The reception team are wonderful and always helpful. Stayed in room 2D which was spacious, clean and quiet since the bedroom window faced the garden and with the AC you don’t hear much else. Will return again to stay. "

"We had a very welcoming check in by Legia who provided lots of information about things to do in Porto. The room we had was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchenette had sufficient cutlery and dishes to prepare food and eat in if one choose to. There are tons of restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel is in a close proximity to most major sites making walking to them very convenient. I would happily stay here again and recommend to others. "

"Even though there are no elevators in this building, going up the stairs to the 3rd floor was well worth it. I call it the stairway to heaven. The view is well worth the climb. Apartment was very clean, had ample hot water, and tons of supplies to make our stay comfortable. This venue is a hidden gem. We would definitely stay here again."

They don't have anyone at the front desk from 6 pm - 10 am the next day in case you need anything. There is an emergency number to call just in case there was something of urgent nature. That would be the only disadvantage I found"
