The rooms and hotel all round was extremely clean. The room felt like a brand new renovation. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. There was a great selection of eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Would absolutely give the hotel 10/10.

Excellent and very helpful staff. My luggage was delayed by the airline, and the team assisted me in contacting the airline’s lost and found, retrieving my bags, and getting the essentials I needed for the first couple of days. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and the location is central, with a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Easy to reach from airport via Casa Musica tram station. Although not close to main Ribeira tourist area was easy to access , an ideal base for a short city break to visit anywhere on the tram network and would return.

Great stay at HF Fenix - a little bit further away from Porto centre but it was quick and cheap to get taxis when we needed. We had a really spacious triple room which was perfect for our group. Breakfast at the hotel was really good, and only a few minutes away was the Mercado Bom Sucesso which I'd highly recommend.

This hotel is a lovely location in Porto. About a 20 min walk to the waterfront area. We had a car so needed a place with parking and the parking here was excellent. It’s adjacent to a little mall and food court. The room was large and clean. The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place to stay

First place I stayed in Porto on a 15-day trip for wedding. This hotel is in a great location close to shopping and some dining, metro stops close. Casa do Musica, Carolinas Michaelis metro stops are within walking distance but cab large luggage, cobblestones and narrow street combined with constant construction reduces the commute. Walking is sometimes difficult between metro stations, this is a good location that allows for access to necessities and bar/food in the hotel. Would have stayed here the entire trip but had to go to Braga for a few days.

Parking was as bad as everywhere underground: extremely tight! At 15€/night that should be a little better. It was nice to have a large bottle of water daily, being a VIP from Expedia. The breakfast was OK. Small, but enough. The staff was mostly good, just very slow at everything they do. The room and beds were good and comfortable. The area is a bit sketchy due to a large migrant population being constantly on the street doing nothing. However, it is within walking distance to the shore, shopping, etc. Overall, nice and would stay there again.
