「Hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they went above and beyond for any requests we made. 「We had a very special experience since we spent New Year’s Eve here. The balcony is breathtaking and we will always remember the fireworks and NYE celebration and toast to the new year. Rooms are clean and perfect for what you need. Beds comfortable and hot showers. Staff is amazing and very kind, helpful and responsive. 「Stanze bellissime e funzionali e pulite e moderne. Un plus la macchinetta del caffè e per il te. Non è propriamente un hotel, sono delle stanze in un piano di un palazzo su corso Umberto, come molto B&B (ma anche hotel) a Napoli. Si sente la mancanza di una hall. Non offre una colazione (si può pagare un ticket perché il bar porti la colazione). Personale giovane e disponibile.」
