「The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs. Everything felt updated and well maintained. The bathroom was fine, although it did get humid quickly. Since it’s a bed and breakfast, staff isn’t on-site at all times, but that wasn’t an issue — they provide your own set of keys so you can come and go freely. 「My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. In fact the first night he even got us a table at a lovely restaurant, showing us the way. We visited five major Italian cities during our 21-day trip...

「Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience. 」
