「nice view! The lady at the reception is very kind. Staying one night there was a good choice for us.」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「Good location if you want to get to the hotel as a bus stop (Bus C110) and ferry stop is right opposite. The problem is that there is absolutely NOTHING to do in Tremezzo. A very boring resort with 1 supermarket, a couple of other shops and some horrendously expensive bars. Hotels pictures are misleading. They show a terrace overlooking the lake, however this is part of a restaurant opposite the hotel and you can only sit on the terrace if eating a €35+ meal. Hotel guests do get 10% off food...

「This hotel was a literal gem of a find! Nestled in the hill above Lake Como a 8-9 minute taxi ride! Beautiful, magnificent views, clean and sparkling from top to bottom! The staff are a family and they are all just lovely and could not be more helpful! The rooms are not luxurious but clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful nights rest. Our patio had furniture with an amazing view of the lake and villages as well as the Italian Alps. Dinner on the terrace was delicious...

「The location of this hotel is perfect. Beautiful views, small and quaint. Staff was always helpful. The only thing we were disappointed with was the two restaurants. The hotel has such a prime location and there restraunts should be packed but the menu is very limited and night time dining is under really bright neon lights. Such great potential being missed We would go back though.」
