The room was fine, but the bathroom was incredibly small, and the place was very difficult to find, and we had to find our own way to get in. The staff was helpful when we called them to help us figure it out, though.

It was a unique room given the bathroom was planted in the bedroom. Basin the size of a small plastic tub. No hot water. Shower sloping to the centre of the room. All rooms directly opposite a nightclub. Do not expect any sleep at all till 3am.

There is a night club in front of the hotel, so the noise produced for the music and people’s screams are heard very loudly inside the rooms. This was the only inconvenience. Beside this event, every thing was good

Nos encantó que esta súper mega céntrico, la atención del personal excelente!! Lo único en tanto a estructura es que el baño esta muy pequeño e incomodo.. el piso en una parte ya esta muy deteriorado podrian darle un buen mantenimiento y cambiar la alfombra que se veia un poco sucia al igual que la manta que tapaba un sillon..

NO ES HOTEL, NI TIENE BAÑO. 1.- La ubicación es buenísima. 2.- Lo que dicen que es un baño es en realidad una caseta en medio del cuarto, la cual es súper pequeña e incómoda. 3.- Promueven que la habitación tiene un balcón pero ni siquiera se puede abrir completamente. 4.- De la caseta que dicen que es el baño sale un apeste constante a caño. 5.- Tienen una alfombra súper sucia. 6.- No hay nadie en el hospedaje. Una persona muy amable se comunica por whats. En conclusión, busquen otro hospedaje.

la ubicación es excelente, el precio es magnifico, la cama es comoda al igual que sus almohadas, el unico inconveniente es el ruido, ya que, el "GRILL" esta a un costado y el ruido es muchisimo, probablemente en las habitaciones sin balcón no sufran de este problema.

Francamente no entiendo cómo este hotel puede ser parte de Expedia. Es el peor hotel que he visto en mi vida y eso que me he hospedado en todo tipo de categorías. El baño ni siquiera es un baño es un remedo de biombo en donde la puerta NI PICAPORTE tiene. Me dicen que la dueña es la gerente del lugar. Que descaro que ni siquiera camas ni sábanas decentes pueda poner, la cama estaba pandeada!!!!!!!!!! Tuve que hacer un cambio de ultima hora y cambiar de hotel al ExHacienda San Xavier por una diferencia de 150 pesos!!!!!!! La otra, von Humboldt ni estacionamiento tiene, y tienen el descaro de mandar a un estacionamiento en donde por doscientos pesos diarios puede uno aparcar el vehículo y como el hotel n siquiera tiene bahía de descarga, hay que cargar las maletas y no tienen personal, desde un estacionamiento que queda a 10 minutos! Solamente como referecia, el hotel Ex-Hacienda San Xavier cobra 85 pesos el día de estacionamiento y tiene servicio de valet!!!! Por último, la adolescente que ayuda en lo que se dice recepción, muy poco cortés, cero entrenamiento para atender al cliente. En serio, sé que EXPEDIA NUNCA toma en serio mis comentarios, pero cfreo que el que se dice llamar hotel Humboldt deberían quitarlo de su listado.

Hotel chiquito pero con una ubicación de 10 con todas las amenidades cerquita, las habitaciones muy cómodas y la que nos toco con una excelente vista el único contra y por lo que di 4 estrella es que colinda con el Grill y pues aunque la puerta tenga aislador se escucha la música y murmullos
