「Honestamente no puedo estar conforme con mi experiencia en este hotel. Es un hotel con mucha historia que desde mi punto de vista no merece estar en esas condiciones. Las habitaciones e instalaciones revelan mucho del descuido que se le ha tenido a este inmueble por muchos añosesto no es de los últimos tres años a la fecha. Es una pena ver este inmueble que data de los 1600 y que ha cambiado de actividad con el paso de los años en las condiciones en las que está ahora. En fin, sigue en...

「Dirty room, very difficult to get ahold of lobby? The shower wad disgusting and the carpet. Listen to the bad reviews, they’re VERY bad. Super stuffy. The only nice thing was the lobby aesthetically but you can walk in and look at it for free and go somewhere else that’s better.」

「I had a great stay here with my family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The latex mattress was incredibly comfortable and helped me get a really good rest after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was also excellent. The only minor inconvenience was that there was only one power outlet in the room, which made it difficult to charge multiple phones at the same time. Guanajuato is such a beautiful city, and we had a wonderful time here. I would definitely recommend this place!」

「Parking was done by valet... very simple. The actual suite was across a narrow street. Again, very easy. The upper level bedroom was difficult to reach because of a steep, angled staircase with no bannisters. The bathroom, or WC, was very small, actually, too small, even for average-sized folks. Caution was required to not fall down the stairs, at least in my unit.」
