"It was scam, they claimed they had no rooms with 2 beds as reserved only a room with a king size bed. They then offered a second hotel down the block that has 2 beds but it was a private house not a hotel. "

"As of may 2026, the hotel is still fairly new to its operations, so there's some grace, but as time will go on I believe it'll become an amazing hotel boutique specially for weddings and events, also is the most elegant looking stay in Bernal."
