Enjoyed our stay at Casa Mateo. Rooms were clean, staff was attentive, in a very walkable location, and staff was more than happy to arrange any transportation we needed. I would stay here again.

The stay was great but there are some details that I would like to mention, the first one, I does not have facilities handicap friendly, I mean if you have a wheelchair there are no ramps. The other detail is that at least in room 4 the odor of the restroom is awful, because of the sewer system

La propiedad en general está bien y la ubicación super cómoda, pero si tiene áreas de oportunidad: El estacionamiento es muy pequeño El internet no funciona bien a pesar de ser una propiedad pequeña El agua de la alberca está fría Su restaurante cierra 9pm. Muy temprano para mí gusto.

El hotel está súper bonito, tiene muy buena ubicación, el personal es muy amable y siempre está atento a cualquier cosa que necesites. Tuvimos unos detalles iniciales en nuestra habitación no tenía papel de baño 🧻 y la TV 📺 no se escuchaba pero lo reportamos y enseguida fue solucionado Sin duda regresaremos ✨
