「我要投訴這間酒店之住宿安排，約於半年前訂下此酒店，當時訂下2個房間，1間給我，另一間同我朋友訂的，於4/10當日下午check in, 當時被安排入住另一座樓，要往室外走去，當時見那座樓非常殘舊，而我安排入住之房閒設施殘舊，打開露台門見環境非常惡劣，什麼人也可以行過，沒有私隱度。我朋友那間還好一些。我即時行往那座新座樓同櫃檯投訴，她們有為我轉往此新樓的，但不退新樓與舊樓之差樓。因我有另2位朋友同行，但他們自己訂，與我同時期的，他們訂房之價格Gel 288 standard room, 而我訂那二間當時價格Gel 340 Superior room, 價錢竟然高過新座樓之價格，簡直不合理。因不滿，故此我沒有接受轉去新座樓，用了很久時間才選了免強可以入住，還是在舊座樓。整體來說這座舊樓已殘破不堪，沒有設施，是不應提供給客人入住的。這次感覺很不愉快，極之影響我和太太之心情，感覺有如被欺騙了。」
