The hotel looks exactly as on the photo - fortress from outside and very cosy home inside. The hotel interior design has been given a good deal of thought! Its very unusual, but still comforting. Room is very spacious and clean, as well as bathroom - and I have to mention huge shower with a window! You are going to get spectaculous view from window and your morning wake-up will be accompanied with birds' singing. I definitively recommend to visit this excellent hotel in the very heart of Kakheti.

Отель для релакса.Не пожалеете.

Отель хороший, красивый, ввиде замка. Находится в горах Кахетии в очень красивом ,экологически чистом и тихом месте у озера Илия.От Тбилиси 130км-добирались на маршрутке от м.Исани. Встретили радушно и заселили в течении 5 минут. Номер просторный,хорошая душевая,выдали чайник.Некоторые обижались на кровати,но у нас были шикарные кровати с новыми ортопедическими матрасами,хорошее белье,по 2 подушки.ежедневная смена полотенец,уборка ненавязчивая ежедневно. У бассейна постоянно чистые полотенца.Вода-2 бутылки каждый день.Кондиционер,холодильник,ТВ-все работало. Если что-то нужно-все просьбы исполнялись мгновенно и с улыбкой.Очень душевный,заботливый менеджер НИНО-хорошо говорит по-русски-помогала во всем. Ездили на винзавод Киндзмараули-посоветовала нам,какое вино купить.Вообще весь персонал,в том числе в ресторане, очень приветливые.Завтраки очень понравились-были и фрукты и выпечка.Кофе-только растворимый. Вечером в ресторане дороговато и не понравились шашлыки-непромаринованы-просто жареное мясо и жесткие. Питаться вечером больше негде,если нет машины,то это большая проблема. Вобще без машины очень плохо-все далеко и никуда не выбраться-сидишь только в отеле-скучновато.Такси,экскурсии дорого. Понравился бассейн-чистая без хлорки вода,но лестницы в бассейн плохо закреплены-болтаются и ступени скользкие-травматично. Нужно одну лестницу заменить на пологую-как в подъездах.Это очень важно для людей пожилых. А так в целом рекомендую ради красивой природы и чистейшего воздуха.

Highly recommend!

Beautiful place for honeymoon, nice time to spend in the swimming pool, wine, wonderful wine in beloved Georgia!!! :) Ilia Lake in front of the hotel, people also swim there and pleasure to walk around in the night. Has its restaurant in the hotel, serves breakfast, good place to stay for 1-3 days. Enjoy!
