「We really liked the central location to the town and airport. Easy access to the restaurant for breakfast. The internet was a little slow but so was data access on Tmobile. Often switching to LTE. So it is what it is. Area was older, hotel buildings also, but honestly that is what we were expecting. It is Kauai after all. 「I had a great beach view from my room, the pool area was quiet, amazing views of the sunsets, great service - valet, bar staff, and house keeping were all great. Best perk lots of walkable activities less than a mile away from the hotel - like the beach near the last lifeguard tower was amazing! I loved the protected snorkeling area, got to see colorful fish everyday and saw over 30 turtles.」

「Great to have a washer and dryer and mini kitchen in the villa. The beach is just a three minute walk. Sunsets are amazing. Pool bar has great food and staff. The room had a few bugs (understandable in this garden environment) and a couple of small things were in disrepair. Otherwise it’s a great facility, with a friendly staff, and beautiful grounds.」

「The Hotel Coral Reef was exactly what I was hunting for. It was family owned and operated. Grandma made fresh banana bread almost every morning - on the day that she didn't she explained to my wife that the bananas weren't ripe enough. Alisha was on the desk most days. She always took the time to listen to an 80 year old guest and made recommendations accordingly. This will probably be our last trip to Kauai and the Hotel Coral Reef made it a wonderful experience.」
