「Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother...

「This is a gorgeous resort hotel that has excellent service, beautiful location. The pool is next level gorgeous next to sea. Good dining. Excellent staff and concierge can book day trips. Just note that beach access is too rocky to swim. There are many stairs all around so hotel is not accessible. Also not much near by. Highly recommend. Very romantic destination. Great honeymoon location. Very happy with our stay. Thank you! 」

「What a great stay at the Charme. Staff were wonderful the hotel is beautiful the room excellent and the terrace is a wonderful place to just sit and look over the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again」

「This is an outstanding resort hotel right in the heart of Ortigia, the beautiful historic center of Syracuse, Sicily. 「Nous avons été ravis tant par l'hôtel que par l'ile d'ortigia. Points positifs : l'emplacement, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, le calme, la plendide salle de bain, la qualité des serviettes de bain. Nous recommanderons sans hésiter cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix est très correct. Point faible: la fiabilité du car valet. 25€/jour service sous traité par l'hôtel qui ne respecte jamais les 20 minutes annoncées pour avoir la voiture 」

「Little balcony to watch the sunrise over the ocean was lovely」

「We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price. 」

「Such an amazing experience to stay at this B&B, the owner was so helpful and nice to gave our detail guide to parking garage, recommended a wonderful Michelin restaurant for dinner, and of course the breakfast was far better than expected, there were so many food choices. 」
