Great Stay

Overall, the experience was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and a central location with easy access to all the main sites. Parking is not available on site however there is a public lot within a five minute walk.

The hotel is very central in the main town of Siracusa. Plenty of good restaurants on the doorstep and only ten minute walk from the station. Ortigia only a 15 minute walk away. The bathroom facilities and room decor are slightly old fashioned but all working fine.

Good location

Perfect location - easy walk to/from the Siracusa railway station and to Ortigia. Nice restaurants (Agape recommended) nearby. Very good breakfast. The main road was very very noisy - Get a room that is not facing the main road. We were 1st floor - could be quieter higher up?

I very much enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel . The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was impeccable and the breakfast was excellent ! Housekeeping made sure all your needs were met. The location was perfect. I took the Interbus from Catania Airport and got off at there last stop which was a short and easy walk ( with 2 pieces of luggage ) . Ortigia was also a short walk over the bridge to explore. Many walkable things to do in opposite direction as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby ( must try the Indian restaurant across from hotel ) . Definitely recommend staying at this Hotel.

Terrible room in 4 star hotel in catanis

Well staff are excellent so is lobby and breakfast I had a roof on third floor with no window but a door with metal stairs leading up to a porthole or something like balcony ! It started vibrating In wind at night and water started flooding the room floor ! I had a terrible night as it rained and blew all night ! I love the staff at reception and the dining area but why this room is even in use only hotel knows it’s disgraceful and disgusting for a four star hotel ! But from previous experiences I know hotels com won’t do anything about it ! What a shame as hotel com used to be efficient once

Charming Sicilian Hotel near Ortiga & marina

Charming Sicilian Hotel within walking distance to bustling Ortiga. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly staff and delicious daily breakfast with made to order cafe. Bonus- complimentary granita provided to hotel guests daily in the lobby. A/C is a welcome respite to escape the hot summer temps.
