The place is amazing. So many rooms yet quiet as the walls are super thick rock. Elevators to all and to the great roof top patio got all to use with chairs and lounges to sun. The breakfast was a lot of food with great options. Ask for a capochino and they will make you one.

Great location and a nice spacious apartment. Breakfast was rather poor - very basic spread with heavy emphasis on pastries

This place was elegant, beautiful, and professional. We could see Greek temples from this facility. The gardens were lovely. If we had known this earlier we would have added some days to our stay. The man who checked us in was professional, friendly, and helpful all at once. I would hire him!

This is a great spot in Ortigia. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy. We had a room with a small ocean view. Up one floor is a wonderful rooftop deck to hang out on and relax. The building is a very old one and has a small movie theatre inside. The breakfast is great, local foods and lots of choices with excellent cappuccino!

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Was absolutely gorgeous and the price was so incredibly reasonable. They served a buffet breakfast the next morning; the rooms were clean and welcoming and the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t think I would ever stay anywhere else besides here if we were ever to return.

The property is as advertised. It’s in a quiet alley but near the Cathedral. The desk attendant was very helpful when my wife had to go to the hospital. Rooms are big and the kitchenette was a big plus!

Some of the breakfast items had run out and were not replenished, even though there was still around 1 hour left before breakfast service ended. And coffee and water was cold. Besides that, everything else was great.

Good, small apartment like room with a living room, a main room and a small kitchenette; I'd definitely come back for a long stay. The furniture is old, but the mattress is good. Great service from Ale in the front desk. We carried in a lot of dust in our shoes (expected, would happen everywhere), but the cleaning staff made a great job daily. The location is spectacular. Even though our 'sea-view room' meant a window with a view, yes, through some buildings, and you had to be standing in the border of the living room (nowhere else to sit or be with a view), the view was decent. The main wonder is being on a quiet part of the island, while being a block away from the Giudecca main street, where there are a few bars, restaurants and shops; yes, the island is veeeery small and it's a short walk anywhere, but this place is a good compromise between a shorter walk (for quick stops to the bathroom, or to pick up a jacket, or just to sit for a small while), and a quiet street.
