"Due to recent troubles the hotel was way under capacity. They decided to open only some of the restaurants without informing us before we left despite being told they are all available. I understand why but there was zero accommodation. Probably should have cancelled. Will never return"

"We had such a great time. The property is spread across the beach so that every room has ocean and pool view. Asian restaurant, Italian restaurant, Sushi restaurant, Steak House, Mexican restaurant, the Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner buffet (Velas) they were all delicious. There’s an adult pool with swim up bar. Kids pool, kids play center too. Jacuzzi’s and there’s a ceviche restaurant near the pools on the far end that has fresh delicious seafood. The hotel has different entertainment each night in the Lobby and or outside by the pools. If you choose to stay in luxury, I suggest the Enclave rooms which entitles you to a private Enclave lounge for food and drinks on the 13th floor with amazing views. The rooftop is adults only with music, bar, and 2 jacuzzis. North tower 11th floor has the Martini bar which is cozy with its own bar, pools tables, and games. The south tower has a family room that entertains kids and has popcorn & refreshments. The beach area is great because there are piles of large rocks surrounding most of it to help break any large waves. We’ve seen manta rays swim near by as well. The spa was amazing with the sauna, steam room and deep tissue massage. Very relaxing. Overall this has been the best All Inclusive hotel in Puerto Vallarta. "
