The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and the room had good air conditioning. The staff tried to get us in early and they did manage to get a room ready for 2.30 pm. The room was great and we settled in quickly. Then we noticed a leak in the bathroom. We called reception and they sent up a maintanence person relatively quickly. It turned out the leak was more problematic and they offered us another room. We moved again to another good room. If something like this happened in North America, the hotel would offer something complimentary to make up for the disruption. No offer was made. The staff were very helpful so we didn't feel like complaining. Otherwise no complaints about the hotel."
