"The staff was amazing and super friendly."

"It’s an older hotel with decent cleanliness. The appliances were old and some were broken. The front desk sold me a frozen meal that had been previously thawed and was moldy before it was refrozen. There are three buildings at the hotel and one is a different hotel with almost exactly the same name, which confused several people trying to check in and caused a decent amount of wasted time. There is no continental breakfast. It was quiet, which was nice. There are not many places to walk to nearby for food or services. The price was fine. The staff was fine. "

"Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. The only shortfall is the front doors do not auto open and there is no handicap button either. "

"I called this hotel a bit before 9pm because I had two flights cancelled and needed to return to the airport the next day, they said give them a call when I knew my pick up location. At 9:15 pm I called to tell them and they said sorry, shuttle full and it stops at 10pm. Couldn’t cancel hotel and all hotels closer to the airport had been full due to crazy weather. So I took a taxi, however when I checked in I asked to be put on the shuttle list for the next day. When I got to the lobby the next day, they let me know the shuttle was two loads behind and the driver was on their break. That my shuttle would not leave for at least an hour. Another couple and I shared an uber. As for the amenities, after I had gotten into my room I went to the lobby to ask about availability of toiletries, etc, since I was without my luggage, and there were none (not upset about that just surprised for an airport hotel) but what stunned me was I requested an ice bucket to get ice and they didn’t have one so the desk person unrolled a trash bag for me to get ice, not the small ones for ice buckets, but literally a trash can liner. There are much worse things happening in the world but I just wanted to warn other travelers of the shuttle issue especially."
