「Awesome location, just a few minutes walk to 5th ave and central park. We stayed at higher floors, room was modern and spacious, and plenty of lamps in the room so we got the option to customize the lighting to our liking. Bathroom had Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus, the lighting was also good. Free bottled water provided. Hallway was quiet at night during our stay even though our room was right next to the elveator. Although we did only stay there during the week day. We got to check-in...

「Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. 「The location is great, near the subway with easy access to everywhere and also a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The room was tidy and comfortable. The staff were very responsive to all of my requests. A few issues were that the blanket was quite thin. Despite asking for another blanket, I still felt cold at night during my stay. Also, the check-in instructions weren't very clear, so I got confused while finding my access code and room information. But eventually, I figured it out...

「This is a small hotel with great staff and excellent location. Rooms are very small so if you're someone who likes to spend a lot of time in your room, this is probably not for you if you're more than 1 person. But we were out and about most of the time so it was perfect for us. Two suggestions: the outdoor patio needs attention in order for guests to use and it would be helpful if the room with multiple tables could be opened before 9am since the available tables around the coffee area filled...

「非常滿意的體驗！今次旅程找了很多價位相同的酒店做比較，在紐約想找到滿意的酒店而是這個價錢，是很難。跟很多大品牌酒店比起來，我發現這間會更出色。 2樓有休息室，可以免費暢飲咖啡和茶。而且有水機，更備有水樽供客人使用，非常好！！房間舒適，空間大，很滿意！！唯一美中不足是沒有早餐提供，向酒店反映了也作出回應，希望下次來會有驚喜！！」
