「We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were friendly… our rooms were cute with the best shower… the games floor was a hit with the kids… the pool, hot tub and sauna was amazing… the restaurant food was delicious… and the front desk staff was really accommodating for our late check out request and parking for an additional night to avoid having to park elsewhere to attend a concert on check out day. We will stay here again! 」

「We had an exceptional experience. I would absolutely rate this hotel 5 out of 5. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm & welcoming. The amenities were impeccable — everything was thoughtfully maintained and contributed to a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is fantastic as well. 「The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips.
