「Friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms, variety of breakfast choices. I have allergies to perfumes that many hotels use these days. I did not have that issue with this hotel. Enjoyable and very pleasant stay. Highly recommend. 」

「If you love anything Victorian this is the place for you! The woodwork was exquisite! We had a lovely stay. Barbara was a wonderful hostess and made us a delicious breakfast! Fresh fruit with whipped cream. Lemon poppy seed muffins, raspberry kuken, ham and cheese omelets, OJ, coffee and tea! We enjoyed chatting with her and finding out about the history of the house!」

「The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met. 」

「This was by far my favorite stay on our cross-country trip. The room is almost like a studio apartment. We had a queen room with a recliner, the kitchenette featured a full sized fridge/freezer with an ice machine, as well as a two burner stovetop. In the lobby you can purchase snacks and other travel necessities. The bed was very comfortable and overall we had a great stay! I would highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay if you're wanting to explore the Davenport area.」
