The front desk amazing! But bathroom was not fully clean. The street is SOOOOO LOUD!!! You can’t sleep at all at night!!! Next door was super loud all night.

Lovely Villa, the best part of the Villa is it’s receptionist Anna. She is such a wonderful person ready to help anytime. Clean and a few minutes walk from the city center. I will visit again. Thank you Anna.

Staff was very friendly at check-in and excellent at providing directions for getting around the island. Hotel is well kept and very clean. I was sharing a room with my sister and while the bed may have been a little small for the two of us, it was otherwise comfortable. The rooms were functional and well equipped with blankets, easily accessible outlets and a fridge. Bathrooms seemed as if they were recently updated. Although we did not have the chance to enjoy the pool, it was very nicely set up and furnished with modern loungers. The walk to the bus stop for all public transportation is about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace of walking. The hotel is very close to the airport (less than a 10 minute drive). Therefore, if you are able and traveling lightly, I recommend just walking instead of paying 15 euros for their transportation service.

Awesome location. Desk staff seemed tired when we arrived, but understandably with busy season and hot weather. Breakfast was okay, eggs seemed like they had been sitting there for hours, but I guess you get what you pay for? Room was a lot smaller than pictures show, but that seems to be an accepted thing these days? Location is awesome and what's not to love about Santorini anyways! Thanks for having us.

We were told by Pension Livadaros that we would be picked up at the airport and no one showed up. I indicated that we would arrive pass midnight, shared my itinerary and I was confirmed that it was ok, that regardless we would be picked up and checked in. We took a taxi and paid 20 euros and when we arrive there was no one here for check in. As of now we are in the reception, sitting down on the floor hoping for someone to show up. Here is 1.30am. Please refund all money paid plus taxi fee. This is the worse experience, I am with my husband, mom and child.

Great value but far from the center of Santorini
A comfortable room at a great value! While this hotel is a hike (30 min) from the main part of Santorini, it's a fantastic value for the price and remains a good option for a non-romantic trip to this lovely island. Most people tend to stay along the Caldera in a resort, but this hotel is in the 'burbs and still has a pool, very comfortable rooms, and a generally friendly staff.

Good value for money.
Hotel was clean and comfortable, facilities ok, didn't have tea/coffee maker in room as described on hotels.com! Had to ask for kettle and had to drink tea and coffee out of glasses! Good wifi connection, aircon, fridge etc. Room cleaned everyday, staff pleasant and helpful. Some furniture items are a little tired. But all in all very good value for the price!

Great location and helpful staff
The women who owned this hotel were so incredibly helpful! We took a shuttle from the port straight to the hotel and when we arrived, the owners ordered us an ATV on the spot and had it delivered to our room within 15 minutes! The breakfast was inexpensive and delicious! There is wifi in the lobby/outside area, which was really nice, even though it didn't work in the rooms. The pictures o not do this place justice- it is way cuter in person and is decorated with the volcanic stone of the island and lots of little details everywhere. Great location- close to Thira, but also in the middle of the island so it is not too long of a drive to either end of the island. Great stay and would definitely recommend to other people!

Value for money off the main sites with nice pool
Family run cozy pension, renovated lately. Daughters Anna and Maria take good care of guests. Breakfast by the pool was a pleasure. Ps. I recommend to rent ATV via hotel, best way to go around the whole island.

All outside light was broken we had to walking in the dark and we re staying 3rd floor u must take outside stairs bathroom shower head was missing gave us little hand soap only owner charged us 17 euros to took us back to airport about. 6 miles ! We won't be back

Great Pension Hotel
We would definitely recommend Pension Livadaros. It was very clean, bedding changed and rooms cleaned almost everyday. The pool was very good a always clean. The family are lovely people and can't do enough for you. We will stay there again on our next visit to Santorini.

Cheap hotel near airport
Great value hotel near Thira airport with handy pick up and drop off service included. They have an amazing pool where breakfast is served but don't expect anything special in terms of room facilities and comfort - these are basic but serve as a good stop over for late arriving flights.

Nice place to stay with amazing pool
Has an amazing pool area. About 15 mins walk to main town and also has good food options close by. Really friendly nice owners. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Only downside is it could be a bit noisy if they have a full house.

Rather Average B&B in Middle Santorini.
A dissapointing stay at this 'Pension': The owner failed to respond to communications regarding arrival times and availability. Transfer to accommodation on arrival, while promised, failed to turn up. We had to pay for a taxi. The owner was unfriendly on our arrival in the morning. We had specified a double bed in the booking, but none were available on arrival or throughout the stay. The claimed facilities were present, but the standard of decor is very poor, seemingly unimproved since the 1970's and the cleanliness was average. The breakfast, while plentiful in volume, was not up to standard. The owner made amends for not picking us up by offering transport to the airport from the port, but we had already acquired a rental vehicle by then, so this was not needed. They did, however, organise a couple of taxis for us.

Great location, quiet and clean!
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Pension Livadaros. We were picked up from the port by the owner which was great. The hotel itself was nice with views of the sea and beautiful plants all around the property. The hotel is family run and they were all extremely helpful and nice. We chose not to get the breakfast but we still got complimentary frappes that were delicious! Clean room, decent rates which allowed me to have a wonderful time during my stay at Santorini. I would recommend this place to anyone. We also rented a 4 wheeler ATV there that was recommended to us by the owner who got us a really good deal.

The Abandoned Hotel
This hotel looks like it might have been a nice place to stay, but we never got to find out. The island of Santorini isn't very big, and the town of Karterados isn't very far from the old city of Thira, but it felt like an eternity, walking through an abandoned town to get to this hotel, only to find it, too, abandoned. The pool wasn't filled with water, but with trash, and although no one was there (we waited for 45 minutes for someone to show up), the front door was unlocked and the back door was just wide open. The worst part is that this is probably a nice place to stay during the busy season, and I hate to write such harsh words about it, but maybe they should just be closed in the off-season. Or, at the very least, be there when their only paying customers arrive.

Villa Livadaros - walking distance to Fira
The house owner pick me from the harbour at 140am in early morning, really appreciate that. She also provide transfer back to harbour when I check out. The villa location is within walking distance to Fira, definitely a great location and worth the money paid. Room are well decorated and nice environment. The owner is so helpful can even help me to rent a scooter from the nearby agency. I will definitely stay with Villa Livadaros if I am going back to Santorini.

Bel hôtel! L’emplacement est vraiment bien. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité ainsi qu’un supermarket. La piscine a été plus qu’apprécié dans ces grandes chaleurs accablantes. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le seul petit point est que le lit est ferme et qu’il y a peu ou pas d’insonorisation. Je recommande cet hôtel.

체크아웃 후 짐 보관만 안하면 가격대비 만족스러운 곳입니다.
숙박요금에 포함된 아침, 깨끗하게 관리된 수영장, 방에 딸린 발코니에 빨래건조대, 피라에서 비교적 가까워 다니기 좋은 위치 등 모든 것이 가격대비 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 체크아웃 이후 그 만족감이 순식간에 싹 사라졌습니다. 체크아웃 이후 짐을 좀 맡아달라고 부탁했더니 누구나 드나들 수 있는 Open space에 그냥 놓아두고 가라고 합니다. 그래서 가방보관증 같은 것을 줄 수 있냐고 했더니 그런 걸 줄 수 없다며 피라 버스터미널에 가면 유료로 맡길 수 있으니 가서 맡기던가 여기 믿고 놔두고 가던가 둘 중 하나를 하면 된다면서 언니까지 대동해 쌀쌀맞게 얘기를 합니다. 리셉션의 Anna는 매우 친절하고 고객의 요구에 모든 걸 맞추어 주려고 노력을 하는 사람이었는데 그렇게 한순간에 태도가 바뀌어서 정말 놀랐습니다. 비교적 넓은 공간을 가지고 있는 Villa인데 한쪽에 짐 보관소를 만들거나 아니면 Reception desk가 있는 방에 맡아주었으면 모든 것이 완벽했을 텐데 그게 그렇게 고객에게 윽박지를 일이었는지 이해할 수가 없었습니다. 아무튼 짐만 맡기지 않는다면 가격대비 나쁘지 않은 숙박업소입니다.

Hotel muy bueno y en un punto central de la isla. Tranquilo, sin ruido, se puede disfrutar una tarde en la piscina. Tiene parking disponible y varios comercios y restaurantes a pocos minutos andando.
