Staff was very accomodating and knowledgeable about luggage delivery service with Yamato and check-in/check-out was smooth. Their compimentary sweet honey tea bags was our fave since night time can be chilly.

Loved the hotel, was very clean and the staff were super friendly and accomodating. The best thing was them storing our luggage prior to our arrival while we went to Hakone, that was a true lifesaver/economical option. Definitely would stay again! Only negatives were the street noise was pretty loud but the windows were pretty good at drowning it out.

The area was quiet and safe. There was hot tea or instant coffee for you at the end of the evening after a long day of exploring at the front desk. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Location is close to several train stations. A bit of a hassle getting to hotel from airport, but otherwise great for getting around Tokyo. Great area near the UENO district with lots of shopping and restaurants within a short walk from hotel. Room was very small and bed was very uncomfortable. After 3 nights on that bed, my back was in a lot of pain. All staff were very friendly and helpful when needed.

Staff are incredibly friendly. Bed sheets were changed every afternoon while we were out which was a lovely site to come back to! Location is great as well. Lots of halal options are nearby for muslims and some lovely cafes close by. Close to the Okachimachi train station as well which makes travelling no stress.

It's a nice and convenient hotel that is walking distance Okamichi station. It's walking distance to Akihabara. The room is clean but a bit small. It's a bit hard to open a full size luggage while still expecting to move around. Otherwise it's a pretty decent hotel

Great budget hotel!

We love this hotel, stayed in the deluxe room with two adults and one child and our kid had to sleep between us but the bed was big enough so no problem! Very clean, perfect amenities, discovered my favorite tea and shampoo here. Loved it so much that we’re going to be staying here again in a couple of days!
