All staff - front desk, house keeping, etc. very pleasant. Room was acceptable, very clean, decent amenities provided. Neighborhood was very quiet. Excellent access to multiple train lines - easy to get around Tokyo. Breakfast was ok, glad we sisnt Pay in advance - 50% more expensive on Expedia than on-site price. Only got one day - lots of other options available. Overall - hotel was a good value for money. Would recommend for budget conscious travelers!

Wonderful property for the first leg of my trip on Japan. Wonderful staff who provided commendable service. Area is great, a half hour walk to senso ji, Ueno park, and close to market areas with a fun nightlife. I was almost sorry I had to leave. I only wish the laundry had options for cold wash, so be careful, but that's on me. I would stay here again.
