「Although there was a plametto bug in our room, the staff was quick to change our room since it was still alive and we were too grossed out to try and get rid of it. The staff was super friendly at all times no matter the time of day or night. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was also a plus!」

「The list of wonderful attributes at this hotel are probably too long for a review! First, it is gorgeous. Beautiful decor and immaculately clean. The staff is friendly in all areas/jobs in the hotel. The food and beverages on site are outstanding. I had a corner King suite and I loved my wrap-around, private balcony and the views from my room. Definitely check out the library and ask the staff about some of the history of the hotel. I can't wait to stay there again!」

「Trato amable y cálido del personal en todas las áreas de servicio del hotel. El desayuno incluido tuvo muy buen sabor (opción de huevo y extras cada día diferente) fue posible tomar café en cualquier momento del día, gracias a qué había el servicio (gratis) disponible. La habitación amplia con frigobar, cafetera y microondas, camas cómodas, almohadas suaves y buen servicio de internet. Pudimos ir caminando al Walmart, además de otras tiendas (Burlington.....) 「Elbana is an amazing employee and goes beyond the call of duty. The hotel is clean and spotless. Great rooms. Great breakfast. I stayed at Home Suites nearby for short stay and it was horrific. I learned my lesson and will be back again shortly for an extended stay due to business. Thank Elbana for me for an amazing job done. 」

「Second time staying in the past year. This trip was after the hurricane damaged the deck/small pier outside and the internal elevators. A great place to do it all in Clearwater Beach!」
